Sugar | A Dessert Bar

A concept inspired by decadent desserts and all things sugary. We pulled inspiration from the insects that pollinate the flowers, fruits, the beehives built by man and bees throughout history, to the actual microscopic forms of pollens and sugars themselves.

Liquid filled menu that won a Yupo award and was featured in Graphic Design Magazine.

So many of these menus were stolen that they printed and alternate version.

Pomegranate VIP Room

We scanned a pomegranate that was converted to vector art and printed on 3M film, which was attached to .25" acrylic and then mounted and back-lit

Booths

Each fabric scrim has a pollen type on the outer side and a sugar type on the inner side (i.e. fructose, maltose and dextrose)
